Vet Consultations

The vet will call you and your pet into the consulting room when it is time for your appointment. Our air conditioned consulting rooms are fully equipped with a range of diagnostic equipment. The details of the consultation are added to your pet's record to maintain a full medical history.

We recommend that you book any future appointments before leaving the clinic, however we do send vaccination reminders by email, text messages or post. Worm and flea treatment reminders are sent via text messaging. Following the consultation, should your pet require medication this can be dispensed from our pharmacy on the same day.

If you require repeat medication please contact us today. However, if your animal hasn't been seen within the recommended re-check period by the vet or not seen within 6/12 month period, the clinic may require you to attend an appointment before the prescription request can be dispensed. If you prefer, you can request a written prescription to obtain the medication from a pharmacist elsewhere (a fee is levied for each written prescription).
