Opening Times

The practice is now open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm, Saturdays and Bank Holidays 9.00am to 6.00pm for you to collect repeat prescription and diet foods.

Consultations are available throughout the day, by appointment only, however if you have a severely sick animal or an emergency we will see them as soon as possible.

Out of Hours Emergency Care

We have teamed up with specialist service "Vets Now" to provide emergency care for your pets when the practice is closed. They will provide telephone advice or direct care for your pet. To access this facility call 01892 458610.

Open Clinic on Mondays at 8.30am

We also provide a open clinic on Mondays at 8.30am for you to bring your sick pets too. If you have a concern about your pet over the weekend and feel that your pet needs attention, we offer the option to bring them along at 8.30am on Monday and the vet on duty will see you as soon as they can. This clinic is not for routine vaccinations.

Home Visits

We are able to visit your pet your sick at home but, please bear in mind that we are limited in the variety of equipment that we can bring with us. So the best place for us to care for your pet is at the surgery. If you are saying goodbye to a treasured companion, we appreciate that it is much more relaxed and comforting to do this in your own environment, so we can come to your home. Where possible, we would ask that you call the practice before 10.00am to organise a home visit.

Appointment times for nervous cats and furries

When booking your appointment, please let us know if your cat or small pet (rabbit, guinea pig, hamster etc) is very nervous or gets stressed around dogs. We may be able to book them into a cat and small pet consultation surgery.
